Theron began in 2008 working primarily as a general contractor specializing in repair and remodeling for property management and investments. In 2012 Theron started his own general contracting company, licensed in Delaware. His training and experience includes certifications as a HUD Housing Quality Standards (HQS) Inspector and EPA Lead RRP renovator. These certifications assisted Theron in becoming well versed in investment and property management rules and requirements for safety and quality of the final product whether for resale or rental.  

Theron comes from a background in Military and Criminal Justice sprinkled with technology.  He served 10 years in the Marine Corp including a tour in the Gulf War, and then transitioned into 6 years of Law Enforcement as a Reserve Police Officer and Corrections Supervisor working in some of the more challenging institutions in California. Theron brings from that world dedication and strength to do the things that need to be done. Theron loves bicycle riding and along with his wife formed a cycling team so they could enjoy the outdoors and miles of open road with family and friends.
